Gameplay Related Rules

1.  Hacking/Cheating

Using any mod/client that provides you an unfair advantage is not allowed. For example some mods that provide unfair advantages are:

• Kill Aura

• Auto Clicker

• Fly (in regions which you are not allowed to)

• Extra speed

• Aimbot

Although you can use mods that give you a better general experience in the server without giving you some unfair advantage. Some mods that generally help you without giving you unfair advantage are:

• Optifine

• OldAnimationsMod

• 5Zig

• LabyMod

• Badlion Client

If you get caught cheating you will be punished with the following punishments: Network Ban.

2.  Advertising

Advertising in the chat or in any other way is not allowed. Our server will try to stop you whenever it thinks that you are trying to advertise. Although if you bypass our system and manage to advertise any kind of minecraft server/website/discord server/product, you will get caught and you will be punished with the following punishments: Network Mute, Network Ban.

3.  Harmful/Inappropriate Links

Although our system blocks every link that every user tries to post in the chat, if you still manage to bypass it and post a harmful/inappropriate link, your punishment will be bigger and severe than the one you would get for normal advertisement. The punishments you will receive if you break this rule are: Permanent Network Ban.

4.  Spamming

Spamming in any way possible is not allowed. Either it’s the chat or any other aspect of the game you are not allowed to spam on it. Spambots are also not allowed and if you get caught you will be punished with a PERMANENT NETWORK BAN. For normal spamming the punishments you will receive are: Network Mute, Network Ban.

5.  General Negative Behaviour

Acting negatively towards any player or even the server is not allowed. Spreading negativity, not being kind and even being mean to any players are all results of negative behaviour. If you get caught breaking this rule you will be punished with: Network Mute, Network Ban.

6.  Offending any player

Using language in a bad/unwanted way (swearing) which can lead to a player getting offended is prohibited and will be punished with the following punishments: Network Mute, Network Ban.

7.  Ban evading

Trying to avoid any kind of punishment that was put on you will result in bigger punishments which can even be permanent. With that said, you cannot use alternative accounts to join the network or even VPNs to bypass the IP-based punishments.

Discord Rules

1.  Respecting all users

You should not disrespect anyone regardless of their rank. This rule applies to both text and voice channel. It includes not using language in a bad way in order to hurt or offend anyone. If you get caught you will be punished with the following punishments: Discord Mute, Discord Ban

2.  Spamming

Spamming in any way possible is not allowed. Either it’s the chat or voice spamming you are not allowed to spam on it. Spamming will be punished with the following punishments: Discord Mute, Discord Ban

3.  Advertising

Advertising in the chat or in any other way is not allowed. This includes anything from a website to a product you are selling. Our server will try to stop you whenever you post a link and will give you a warning. Although if you bypass our system and manage to advertise, you will get caught and you will be punished.

4.  Ban evading

Trying to avoid any kind of punishment that was put on you will result in bigger punishments which can even be permanent. With that said, you cannot use other discord profiles to rejoin the server.

5.  Negative Behaviour

Acting negatively towards any user or even the staff team is not allowed. Spreading negativity, not being kind and even being mean to any users are all results of negative behaviour. If you get caught breaking this rule you will be punished with: Discord Mute, Discord Ban

6.  Harmful/inappropriate images

Posting an inappropriate/disturbing/pornographic/racist image in the chat is not allowed and will treated with very severe punishments such as a permanent discord server ban. 

7.  Voice chat loud/inappropriate sounds

Blasting a voice chat with any kind of annoying or inappropriate sounds is not allowed. It will be punished with the following punishments: Discord Mute, Discord Ban

Extra Notes

• The administration team of ColonyMC has the right to add any rule, at any time if they believe it is needed.

• If you believe anyone has broken any of those rules, you can report them with the command /report in-game or report them on the report a player forum by creating a new thread.

• The staff team has the right to perform a different punishment than the ones stated before, if needed.
